...I was a bad nurse in a training industrial. Bad, not naughty.
...Still at Meisner 2/3 and Advanced Repetition at Act One. More fun!
...We'll shoot pick up scenes for The Minx. Glad it's not over yet!
...We shot the Xmas and New Year Chic A Go Go episodes. I didn't wear my elf costume for the first time in years, but holiday Fleming still rocked.

...I'm Keneau Reeves' secretary in the first American remake of a Korean film, "Il Mare". How exciting, my first major film! I'm sure I'll end up on the cutting room floor, but still fun.
...I was cast in a cool indie film called, "The Minx" where I play the minx, an Asian American female martial artist rock singer who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. Art imitating life?!
...I MCed "Woman Warrior Festival" for Columbia College at Heartland Cafe. There were many female Asian drummers, cool.
...taping Chic A Go Go was way too much fun. Always!

In April, 2005...
...I'll be in India and Bhutan!

In March, 2005...
...I marched in a band for Staples Office supply stores & was in both St. Patrick's Day Parades. Sout' Side was the greatest, but no kazoo.
...Chic A Go Go was high energy and great to tape.

...I emceed an amazing Tsunami Relief Benefit at Schubas. We raised almost $10,000 for the American Red Cross, hooray!

In August...
...Yes, Chic A Go Go! rocks the universe again with the return of the fantasy dance. Another fun taping!
...I spent some of August in Tucson, AZ & back in NYC. Protesting the RNC was FANTASTIC. This is what democracy looks like!

In July...
...I spent most of July in NYC taking care of the world's cutest nephew. Really, he's sssooo good!
...I hosted yet another triple action Chic A Go Go! set. Can you have too much fun?!

In June...
...I hosted yet another incredible set of Chic A Go Go episodes that featured Bang! Bang! and Wonderloaf, two incredible local bands that are GREAT performers. I always appreciate good showpeople!
...I drummed in the Pride Parade. It was SO COOL being in a float in this colorful and positive energy parade.
...I was on the cover of New City Newspaper in Chicago! The article was on Chicago's Koreatown & had nothing to do with me. I like the photo on the inside much better than the cover, but I'm happy to have been asked to model.
...I was your friendly booze ambassador again in your local booze stores.
...I supervised a promotion at Wrigley Field in the drizzle. The Cubs lost, oh well.

In May...
...I hosted another 3-peat of Chic A Go Go shows. It was a high energy taping with lots of 6 year olds. So cool! Sharkula was a hip hop artist who free styled in a crazy way. It was so fun!
...I hosted the Asian Pacific American Cabert at the Chicago Cultural Center. I'm so proud to be annually involved with the Cultural Center's APA Heritage Month! I think it's been...5 years now?
...I performed with Team Do!Boo! at the Chicago Cultural Center's APA Caberet. It was a great show! Team Do!Boo! went out for yummy Korean food afterwards. Mmmmmmmmmmm...
...I MC'ed a Movieside Films show at the fabulous Stray Show. Lots of "alternative" art & bad ass films. So much stimuli!

In April...
...I MC'ed the Schuba's Employee Talent Show. (I also played 2 rock shows that night. Whew!)
...I spoke to young Korean American adults about career choices at Northeastern Illinois University and at Korean Martyr's Catholic Church. A kid asked if our cars had rims...ha!
...I performed a reader theater style show with our Korean American girl art gang, Team Do!Boo! at Mish Mash Variety Show. It was intense!
...I hosted 3 full-house Chic A Go Go episodes, including a nice tribute to Chris Playboy. RIP.
...I was an ESPN girl for a promotion where I took digital pictures for their sporty website...& all I got was this lousy t-shirt.

In March...
...I was interviewed on the Night Show as part of Rubber Monkey Puppet Theater Company.
...I modeled for Shure microphones. I think I'll be on the microphone packages, haha!
...I hosted possibly the highest energy Chic A Go Go shows ever!
...I did promotions at the Allstate Arena for the Chicago Rush arena football team and, of course, at your local super markets. No, I wasn't a cheerleader, silly.
...I hosted Rock & Roll Karaoke several times and LOVED it. Sing! Jump! Drum roll, please.

In February...
...I promoted 99 Bananas liquor. Potassium, indeed.
...I was a Contest Model at the Chicago Auto Show for Ford. Ford tuff!
...I did a live industrial for Nexium medicine. No upset tummy here!
...I hosted 2 amazing Chic A Go Go shows...theramins rule!

...I promoted various products at your local grocers.
...I was an extra in a McDonald's industrial. McWow!
...I was a principal in 3 TV commercials for Majestic Star Casino with Da Coach, Mike Ditka!
...I hosted 3 amazing Chic A Go Go episodes in one taping, whew! The biggest crowd ever.

In December 2003...
...I was an extra in a TV commercial for Oncore Frozen Foods. Eat up!
...I acted as an English quack in the 2003 Caketown Holiday video. I love these guys! My fave pagans ever.
...I MCed a live auction at a Celebration/Fund Raiser for the Korean arts community. Illinois Secretary of State Jessie White was there! He gave a nice speech that was sincere, smiley and without cuecards.
...I put my big ol' smile to work holiday merchandising at various stores in Chicagoland and modeled/hosted at a private event at The Vic. Sounds shady, but it's on the up and up. If it was that shady, I wouldn't tell you about it!
...we went LIVE, baby LIVE from CAN studios for our annual Holiday Chic A Go Go show AND interviewed Jim Jarmusch! I love him!

In November 2003...
...I did a photo shoot for Career Builders. The photo will run in the Miami Herald. I modeled as a bored Administrative Assistant. Been there, done that!
